Schedule fittings and alterations appointments based on availability and delivery for couple and wedding party. Due 4/1in progress

Discuss overall venue layout preference. We will fine tune at the walkthrough 4/10 I will take it from here :)

We allot 2-3 minutes per toast so work with your friends on their timing. It’s okay if they are longer or shorter but having 12 minute speeches from back to back friends can really impact a timeline.
Track RSVPs as they arrive.
RSVPs should be returned no later than approximately 4-5 weeks prior to the wedding.
Send out wedding invitations. Default to the vendors timeline, these are just target dates. Due 5/9
Discuss ceremony personalization and preferences with your officiant. Due 5/9
Ceremony readings, unity ceremonies, communion, etc.
Send out rehearsal dinner invitations. Due 5/9
Pick up your wedding bands. Due 5/9
Confirm that your insurance policy covers engagement rings, wedding bands and gifts.
**As a reminder, please provide the full names of all guests attending the rehearsal by Friday, 6/30.
For parking, there is a parking lot adjacent to the building where you can pay upon entry, otherwise you may be able to find parking on the street (Solidarity Drive). The Adler doesn’t have any control over the parking lots or street parking, so I highly recommend allowing for extra time to park before you arrive.
